Calcium Silicon Alloys are indispensable deoxidizers and desulfurizers in manufacturing premium-grade steel. Both calcium and silicon boast a robust chemical affinity for oxygen, with calcium also demonstrating a powerful attraction to sulfur and nitrogen. In fact, the steel industry accounts for approximately 90% of global Calcium Silicon consumption, underscoring its critical role.
