Our FEIYUE Low and Medium Carbon Ferromanganese alloys are indispensable in the realm of special steel production. As one of the quintessential raw materials in modern steelmaking, these alloys not only enhance the quality of steel but are also pivotal in the manufacturing of welding electrodes. On the other hand, our High Carbon Ferromanganese alloy stands out as a superior deoxidizing agent and an essential additive of alloy elements in the intricate process of steel-making.
Distinguished by their smelting methods, our ferromanganese products are categorized into Electric Furnace Ferromanganese and Blast Furnace Ferromanganese, each tailored to meet specific industrial needs.
Further classification based on carbon content reveals three main categories:
Low-Carbon Category: Featuring a carbon content of no more than 0.7%, ideal for applications requiring minimal carbon intrusion.
Medium Carbon Category: With a carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% to 2.0%, perfect for balanced strength and flexibility in steel applications.
High-Carbon Category: Boasting a carbon content between greater than 2.0% to 8.0%, this category is essential for applications necessitating higher deoxidization and additional alloy properties.
