Our FEIYUE Low Carbon Ferro Manganese Alloy is an essential material for the industrial sector. This versatile alloy plays a critical role in the production of special steels and is indispensable in steelmaking processes. Additionally, it finds extensive application in the manufacturing of welding electrodes. For high-performance steel-making, high carbon ferromanganese acts as a superior deoxidizing agent and an alloy additive, enhancing the quality and properties of the final steel product.
Based on the smelting techniques employed, our ferromanganese is categorized into two distinct types: electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese. Each type offers unique advantages to suit a variety of industrial applications.
Classified by carbon content, our ferro manganese alloy is available in three specific categories:
Low-carbon category: featuring a carbon content not exceeding 0.7%, ideal for applications requiring minimal carbon interference.
Medium carbon category: with a carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% to 2.0%, offering a balanced composition for diverse uses.
High-carbon category: containing a carbon content from greater than 2.0% to 8.0%, perfect for high-strength steel production and specialized industrial needs.
