Our Low and Medium Carbon Ferromanganese is a cornerstone in the production of special steel, serving as one of the most essential raw materials in steelmaking. Additionally, it plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing of welding electrodes. High Carbon Ferromanganese, on the other hand, is indispensable as a deoxidizing agent and as an additive alloy element in steel-making processes.
Depending on the smelting method employed, our ferromanganese products are categorized into Electric Furnace Ferromanganese and Blast Furnace Ferromanganese.
Our ferromanganese range is meticulously divided based on carbon content into three distinct categories:
Low-Carbon Category: This type features a carbon content that does not exceed 0.7%,
Medium-Carbon Category: This variety has a carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% up to 2.0%,
High-Carbon Category: This category boasts a carbon content that spans from greater than 2.0% to as high as 8.0%.
