Ferrosilicon is a superior ferro alloy that brilliantly combines ferro and silicon. Created from premium-grade coke, steel scraps, and quartz (or silica) smelted in an advanced electric furnace, this alloy excels in deoxidation during steelmaking. Silicon and oxygen seamlessly form silicon dioxide, making ferrosilicon an exceptional deoxidizer. The exothermic reaction of SiO2 generation not only purifies but also elevates the temperature of molten steel.
