Our Low and Medium Carbon Ferro Manganese Alloy stands as a cornerstone in the production of special steels, making it an indispensable raw material in steelmaking. This versatile alloy also finds critical application in the manufacture of welding electrodes. On the other hand, High Carbon Ferro Manganese is extensively utilized as a potent deoxidizing agent or as an alloy additive in steel-making, ensuring superior quality and performance.
Categorized by smelting methods, our ferromanganese is available in two distinct types: Electric Furnace Ferromanganese and Blast Furnace Ferromanganese, each designed to meet specific industrial needs.
Based on carbon content, our ferromanganese alloy is meticulously classified into three categories to cater to diverse industrial applications:
Low-carbon category: where the carbon content is meticulously controlled to not exceed 0.7%.
Medium carbon category: crafted with precision, featuring a carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% to 2.0%.
High-carbon category: designed for robust applications, with a carbon content spanning from greater than 2.0% to 8.0%.
