Our FEIYUE Medium Carbon Ferro Manganese is indispensable in the production of special steels and serves as a crucial raw material in the steelmaking industry. Notably, it is also utilized in the manufacturing of welding electrodes. For high carbon variants, they act as deoxidizing agents or alloy element additives in steelmaking, ensuring top-quality outcomes.
Based on smelting techniques, our ferromanganese is categorized into two distinct types: Electric Furnace Ferromanganese and Blast Furnace Ferromanganese, tailored to meet diverse industrial needs.
Our ferromanganese products are classified into three categories based on their carbon content:
Low-Carbon Category: Featuring a carbon content of no more than 0.7%, this variant is perfect for applications requiring minimal carbon inclusions.
Medium Carbon Category: With a carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% up to 2.0%, this category ensures balanced performance and adaptability.
High-Carbon Category: Exhibiting a carbon content between 2.0% and 8.0%, this type is ideal for demanding applications requiring robust deoxidizing properties.
