Calcium silicon alloy is a meticulously crafted compound made up of elements silicon, calcium, and iron. It serves as an exceptional compound deoxidizer and desulfurizing agent. Presently, calcium alloy can substitute aluminum for final deoxidation, making it indispensable in the production of high-quality steel, special steel, and specialized alloys. This includes applications in rail and low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel base alloy, titanium alloy, and other specialized alloys.
Calcium Silicon Alloys are integral as deoxidizers and desulfurizers in the creation of premium-grade steel. Both calcium and silicon exhibit a profound chemical affinity for oxygen, with calcium also showing significant affinity for sulfur and nitrogen. The steel industry consumes approximately 90% of global CaSi production.
The alloy is instrumental in modifying non-metallic inclusions. Calcium Silicon is pivotal in controlling the shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions, thereby enhancing the fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of steel products.

Our facilities boast a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines. This setup enables the efficient operation of our manganese series hot charging and hot mixing systems, ensuring a seamless one-stop production process characterized by high quality, high yield, and minimal consumption.
