Our Silicon Manganese Alloy is a masterful blend of manganese, silicon, iron, and trace elements including carbon, forming a highly versatile iron alloy. Boasting extensive applications and significant production volumes, it ranks as the second most consumed ferroalloy in electric furnace applications. With manganese and silicon's robust oxygen affinity, this alloy is pivotal in steelmaking, delivering deoxidation products with melting points of 1270 ºC for MnSiO3 and 1327 ºC for Mn2SiO4. This ensures a low melting point, sizable particles, excellent buoyancy, and superior deoxidation efficiency. Notably, separate deoxidation by manganese or silicon yields burn loss rates of 46% and 37% respectively, while combined manganese silicon alloy deoxidation achieves a lower rate of 29%. This innovative alloy is crafted by reducing manganese ore, rich slag, manganese oxide, and silica in a submerged arc furnace with carbon, ensuring a seamless metallurgical process.
Our extensive product range includes ferromanganese, metallic silicon, silicon carbon alloy, ferrochrome, silicon manganese alloy, silicon carbide, ferrosilicon, and more. We also specialize in exporting refractory materials and various metallurgical products, offering bespoke processing to meet specific customer requirements.
Equipped with a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12,500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3,600 kVA refining furnaces, and four medium frequency electric furnaces, our facility supports three cladding line production lines. This setup facilitates a state-of-the-art manganese series hot charging and mixing system, culminating in a one-stop production process characterized by high quality, high yield, and low consumption.
