The production of Silicon Metal lumps involves the transformation of quartz and coke within an electric heating furnace. The redox reaction of quartz leads to the creation of molten silicon liquid, which, upon cooling, solidifies into the sizeable primal silicon metal lumps we recognize. These substantial pieces are subsequently transformed
into more manageable smaller lumps, known as the standard size. These Silicon Metal Lumps are meticulously refined to dimensions ranging from 10-100mm.
