According to the composition of the core material, the cored wire can be categorized into single and composite types:
1) Single cored wire: Features a single type of alloy powder or powdery nonmetallic compound additive as the core powder.
2) Composite cored wire: Comprises two or more alloy powders as the core powder.
Classification based on wire arrangement divides cored wire into inner tap type and outer tap type.
This product is instrumental in purifying steel impurities, enhancing molten steel quality, refining casting state, improving molten steel castability, and boosting steel's service performance. Notably, it significantly increases alloy yield, reduces alloy consumption, and lowers steelmaking costs.
