Our Calcium Silicon Alloy, a meticulously engineered compound of silicon, calcium, and iron, serves as an exceptional deoxidizer and desulfurization agent. In modern steelmaking, it supersedes aluminum for final deoxidation, crucial for producing high-quality steel and special alloys, including rail steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and titanium alloys.
Calcium Silicon Alloys excel as a deoxidizer and desulfurizer in high-grade steel manufacturing, thanks to the strong chemical affinities of calcium and silicon. Especially notable is calcium's affinity not only for oxygen, but also for sulfur and nitrogen. The steel industry consumes about 90% of the global CaSi production.
This alloy is invaluable for modifying non-metallic inclusions. It allows for precise control over the shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions, thereby enhancing the fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of steel products.

Our facilities boast one 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines. This infrastructure enables the efficient process of manganese series hot charging and hot mixing, ensuring high-quality, high-yield, and low-consumption production.
