Presenting our exceptional Affordable Low Carbon Ferro Vanadium that redefines industrial quality. Here at Anyang Feiyue Industry Co., Ltd., we source this premium ferrovanadium directly from the epicenter of manufacturing prowess, ensuring an unparalleled level of reliability and performance. It is crafted to meet the exacting demands of the most challenging industrial applications, setting a new gold standard in the industry.
Ferrovanadium stands as a cornerstone in the steel industry, cherished for its remarkable versatility and efficacy. Predominantly composed of vanadium and iron, it also incorporates trace elements such as sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. This alloy, known as FeV, is meticulously crafted through the carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or via aluminothermic reduction, guaranteeing a product of superior quality. It acts as a vital additive in producing vanadium-enhanced alloy steel and cast iron, as well as in creating formidable permanent magnets, thereby playing a pivotal role in advanced steel manufacturing.
The vanadium content in our ferrovanadium is precisely calibrated to align with specific alloy formulations and manufacturing prerequisites, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, complemented by iron. FeV alloys are classified into three primary types based on their vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each of these variants is an indispensable component in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels. Moreover, vanadium aluminum alloys, widely recognized as 'VQ' VAl, are crucial in titanium alloy production, highlighting their indispensable role in the industry.
