Our low and medium carbon ferromanganese is an essential element in the production of special steel, serving as a cornerstone in the steelmaking process. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in manufacturing welding electrodes. For high carbon ferromanganese, it is indispensable for both deoxidizing agents and as an additive to alloy elements in steel-making.

Based on the smelting method utilized, ferromanganese is classified into two types: electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese.
Ferromanganese is categorized into three distinct classes according to its carbon content:

Low-carbon category: This category boasts a carbon content of no more than 0.7%;
Medium carbon category: This category features a carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% to 2.0%;
High-carbon category: This category includes a carbon content exceeding 2.0% up to 8.0%.
