According to the composition of the core material, the cored wire can be meticulously categorized into single and composite cored wires:
1) Single cored wire contains a specific type of alloy powder or a powdery nonmetallic compound additive as its core material.
2) Composite cored wire features a blend of two or more alloy powders as its core material, enhancing its functionality.
The cored wire can be further classified into inner tap type and outer tap type based on the wire arrangement configuration.
Primarily utilized for purifying steel impurities, our cored wire significantly enhances the quality of molten steel, optimizes the casting state, and improves castability.
