Product Description
Customized CaSi Calcium Silicon Re-Fesimg Cored Wire for Steelmaking
According to the composition of the core material, the cored wire can be meticulously categorized into single and composite cored wires:
1) Single cored wire: This type of cored wire features a singular alloy powder or powdery nonmetallic compound additive as its core material.
2) Composite cored wire: This type of cored wire incorporates two or more alloy powders as its core material, enhancing versatility and performance.
The cored wire can be neatly divided into inner tap type and outer tap type based on the arrangement of the wire.
Primarily utilized to purify steel impurities and enhance the overall quality of molten steel, our cored wires significantly improve casting conditions, castability, and service performance. They also substantially increase the alloy yield, reduce alloy consumption, and lower steelmaking costs.
Product Advantages:
1. Optimizes the content of oxidizable elements and trace elements, significantly boosting the alloy yield.
2. Reduces overall metallurgical costs, delivering economic benefits.
3. Shortens metallurgical processing time, enhancing efficiency.
