Silicon Metal is an indispensable industrial product, pivotal in steel-making, cast iron, aluminum (aviation, aircraft & automobile parts production), silicon optoelectronics, and multiple other industries. Revered as the 'salt' of modern industries, Metallic Silicon is crafted from high-purity quartz and coke in electric heating furnaces. Comprising approximately 98% silicon, this material exhibits minimal impurities, including iron, aluminum, and calcium, rendering it exceptionally pure and effective.
Silicon Metal lumps are produced via electric heating furnaces using quartz and coke. Through a redox process, quartz transitions into molten silicon liquid, which solidifies upon cooling, creating the initial, substantially large silicon metal lump.
These large lumps are then processed into smaller, more manageable pieces, known as standard sizes, ranging from 10-100mm.
This metal boasts a silver-gray or dark gray hue with a distinctive metallic luster. It features a high melting point, excellent heat resistance, elevated resistivity, and superior oxidation resistance, making it ideal for numerous applications.

Our company operates a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines. These facilities enable us to execute the manganese series hot charging and hot mixing system, ensuring a seamless, high-quality, high-yield, and low-consumption production process.
