Our low and medium carbon ferromanganese is indispensable in special steel production, serving as a critical raw material in steelmaking and welding electrode manufacturing. High carbon ferromanganese is employed as a deoxidizing agent and alloy additive in steel-making, ensuring superior quality and performance.
Depending on the smelting method, we offer both electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese to meet diverse production needs.
Our ferromanganese is categorized based on carbon content:
Low-carbon category: Carbon content no more than 0.7%;
Medium carbon category: Carbon content between 0.7% and 2.0%;
High-carbon category: Carbon content between 2.0% and 8.0%.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include one 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines. These enable us to achieve a seamless manganese series hot charging and mixing system, ensuring high quality, high yield, and low consumption.
