Ideal for rail steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel-base, as well as titanium alloys, this product elevates the benchmarks of alloy production.
Calcium Silicon Alloys are indispensable in the manufacturing of premium steel, functioning as both deoxidizers and desulfurizers due to their strong chemical affinity for oxygen. Calcium's remarkable affinity extends to sulfur and nitrogen as well, making it a vital component in the steel industry, which absorbs around 90% of global CaSi consumption.

These alloys are also crucial for modifying non-metallic inclusions, meticulously controlling their shape, size, and distribution. This results in enhanced fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the steel product, thereby improving overall quality.
