This innovative alloy, composed of boron and iron, promises unmatched utility in various industrial applications.Based on carbon content, our boron-iron alloy (boron content: 5-25%) is categorized into low carbon (C≤0.05% ~ 0.1%, 9% ~ 25%B) and medium carbon (C≤2.5%, 4% ~ 19%B). Iron boron serves as a powerful deoxidizer and boron additive in steelmaking. A minute addition of boron can drastically enhance steel's hardenability and replace numerous alloying elements. Furthermore, it significantly boosts mechanical properties, cold deformation, welding capabilities, and high temperature endurance.
