Product Description
Customized CaSi Calcium Silicon Re-Fesimg Cored Wire for Steelmaking
According to the composition of the core material, the cored wire can be divided into single and composite cored wires:
1) Single cored wire is crafted with a single type of alloy powder or powdery nonmetallic compound additive as the core powder.
2) Composite cored wire is meticulously engineered with two or more alloy powders as the core powder.
The cored wire can also be categorized into inner tap type and outer tap type based on wire arrangement.
It is primarily utilized to purify steel impurities, enhance the quality of molten steel, optimize casting conditions, improve the castability of molten steel, and significantly boost the service performance of steel. Additionally, it markedly increases the yield of alloy, reduces alloy consumption, and lowers steelmaking costs.
Product Advantages:
1. Aids in precisely adjusting and controlling the content of oxidizable elements and trace elements, dramatically improving the yield of the alloy.
2. Reduces metallurgical costs effectively.
3. Shortens the metallurgical process time considerably.
