Skillfully crafted with precision, FeV is produced through carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or through aluminothermic reduction, ensuring a superior, high-quality product. It is an indispensable additive in the production of vanadium-enriched alloy steel, cast iron, and robust permanent magnets, playing a pivotal role in the advancement of steel manufacturing.

The vanadium content in ferrovanadium is meticulously tailored to align precisely with specific alloy formulations and manufacturing demands, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are systematically categorized into three primary types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80.
