Discover the unmatched capability of our Silicon Manganese Alloy, a sophisticated blend of manganese, silicon, iron, and trace elements of carbon. This iron alloy is renowned for its extensive use and massive production scale. Ranked second in consumption among ferroalloy products employed in electric furnaces, it showcases the robust oxygen affinity of manganese and silicon. In steelmaking, the deoxidation products, MnSiO3 and Mn2SiO4, boast melting points of 1270 ºC and 1327 ºC, respectively. This alloy excels with its low melting point, sizable particle formation, effortless buoyancy, and superior deoxidation capabilities. Notably, the separate deoxidation burning loss rates of manganese and silicon stand at 46% and 37%, while the combined manganese silicon alloy demonstrates an impressive reduction to 29%. Our alloy is meticulously crafted by simultaneously reducing manganese ore (including manganese-rich slag), manganese oxide, and silicon dioxide in silica via carbon in a submerged arc furnace.
Our diverse product line includes ferromanganese, metallic silicon, silicon carbon alloy, cored wire, ferrochrome, silicon manganese alloy, silicon carbide, ferrosilicon, and multi-component silicon alloys like silicon aluminum barium calcium, and silicon barium calcium. We also specialize in the exportation of refractory materials and other metallurgical products, tailoring product processing to meet the specific requirements of our clientele.
Our manufacturing prowess is powered by a 206-cubic-meter blast furnace, complemented by two 12,500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3,600 kVA refining furnaces, and four medium frequency electric furnaces. With three dedicated cladding line production tracks, we seamlessly manage the manganese series hot charging and hot mixing system. This enables a streamlined one-stop production process, delivering high quality, impressive yield, and cost efficiency.
