We are thrilled to unveil our top-of-the-line Custom Ferro Vanadium Fev80, a product that epitomizes manufacturing excellence and superior quality. With an unwavering commitment to delivering the finest, our ferrovanadium ensures unparalleled reliability and outstanding performance, perfectly suited for the most challenging industrial applications. This product sets a new industry standard, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
Ferrovanadium stands as a pivotal alloy in the steel industry, celebrated for its remarkable versatility and efficiency. Comprised chiefly of vanadium and iron, it also features minor quantities of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. This high-quality FeV is meticulously crafted through the carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or through aluminothermic reduction, guaranteeing excellence across every batch. It is a vital additive in the production of vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron, as well as in manufacturing durable permanent magnets, significantly contributing to sophisticated steel production.
Our ferrovanadium's vanadium content is meticulously adjusted to perfectly align with specific alloy formulations and manufacturing requirements, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with the balance made up by iron. FeV alloys are classified into three primary categories based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each type is an indispensable additive in the smelting process of alloy and low-alloy steels. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, also known as 'VQ' VAl, are essential in the production of titanium alloys, highlighting their pivotal role in advancing the industry.
