Ferro-Chrome with a chrome content below 56%, known as 'charge chrome', is derived from lower-grade chrome ores. In contrast, our High Carbon Ferro-Chrome, processed from premium-grade ore, is crafted for specialized applications, such as engineering steels, where a superior Cr to Fe ratio is crucial, along with minimal impurities such as sulfur, phosphorus, and titanium.

Low-carbon Ferro-Chrome is indispensable in steel production for adjusting chrome levels without altering carbon or trace elements, offering a cost-effective alternative to metallic chrome in super alloys and specialized melting applications.
