Introducing our exquisite ferrovanadium-sourced with precision from the epicenter of industrial excellence-ensuring nothing less than unmatched quality and steadfast reliability. Experience the epitome of ferroalloy brilliance.
Ferrovanadium (ferrovanadium alloy) is a cornerstone in the realm of steel production. This vital ferroalloy masterfully blends vanadium with iron, while skillfully incorporating minimal impurities such as sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Expertly crafted through carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide within an electric furnace or aluminothermic reduction methods, this extraordinary alloy is essential as an additive in the smelting of vanadium-infused alloy steel, alloy cast iron, and in the creation of powerful permanent magnets.
The vanadium concentration in ferrovanadium is impeccably calibrated to meet specific alloy compositions and manufacturing mandates. Typically, ferrovanadium's vanadium content ranges from 30% to 80%, complemented by iron. FeV alloys are meticulously classified into three prominent categories based on vanadium concentration: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80, each playing a crucial role in the smelting of alloy and low-alloy steels. Moreover, vanadium aluminum alloys are essential to the production of titanium alloys, commonly known as 'VQ' VAl.
