Product Description
Customized CaSi Calcium Silicon Re-Fesimg Cored Wire for Steelmaking
According to the composition of the core material, the cored wire can be divided into single and composite cored wires:
1) Single cored wire is a type of cored wire that contains a single kind of alloy powder or powdery nonmetallic compound additive as its core.
2) Composite cored wire is a type of cored wire that includes two or more alloy powders as its core.
The cored wire can be categorized into inner tap type and outer tap type based on the wire arrangement.
This advanced cored wire is primarily utilized to purify steel impurities, enhance molten steel quality, improve casting conditions, boost the castability of molten steel, and significantly upgrade the service performance of steel. Additionally, it can markedly increase alloy yield, reduce alloy consumption, and lower steelmaking costs.
Product Advantages:
1. It helps in adjusting and controlling the content of oxidizable elements and trace elements, dramatically enhancing the yield of the alloy.
2. It reduces metallurgical costs.
3. It shortens the metallurgical time.
