Calcium Silicon Alloys are indispensable as deoxidizers and desulfurizers in high-grade steel manufacturing. Both Calcium and Silicon exhibit an exceptional chemical affinity for oxygen. Notably, Calcium also demonstrates a robust affinity for sulphur and nitrogen. The steel industry contributes to approximately 90% of global CaSi consumption, highlighting its critical role.
