Calcium silicon alloy, a compound alloy comprising silicon, calcium, and iron, serves as the quintessential deoxidizer and desulfurization agent. In modern steel production, this alloy often substitutes aluminum for final deoxidation. It is integral to the creation of high-quality steel, special steel, and specialty alloys, including rail and low-carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel-base alloys, titanium alloys, and other advanced materials.
Calcium Silicon Alloys excel as deoxidizers and desulfurizers in the production of premium-grade steel. Both silicon and calcium possess a strong chemical affinity for oxygen; notably, calcium also has a robust affinity for sulfur and nitrogen. The steel industry consumes approximately 90% of global CaSi production.
This versatile alloy is pivotal in modifying non-metallic inclusions. Calcium Silicon is instrumental in managing the shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions, thereby enhancing the fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of steel products.

Our facility boasts a 206-cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium-frequency electric furnaces, and three production lines for cladding.
