Introducing our exceptional ferrovanadium, a highlight of Anyang Feiyue Industry Co., Ltd., sourced with precision from the epicenter of manufacturing excellence. We assure unparalleled quality and steadfast reliability, setting industry standards for excellence.
Ferrovanadium, a pivotal ferroalloy in the steel sector, is a dynamic blend of vanadium and iron, complemented by trace elements like sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. It is crafted through cutting-edge methods, including carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in electric furnaces, or aluminothermic reduction. This indispensable alloy serves as an essential element additive for vanadium-rich alloy steel and cast iron, and is crucial in creating permanent magnets, showcasing its versatile application.
The vanadium percentage in ferrovanadium is carefully calibrated to align with specific alloy formulations and manufacturing needs. Typically, vanadium content varies from 30% to 80%, complemented by iron. FeV alloys are classified into three distinct types based on vanadium concentration: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80, all crucial in alloy and low-alloy steel production. Additionally, vanadium aluminum alloys are vital in producing titanium alloys, commonly known as 'VQ' VAl, highlighting their importance in advanced technological applications.
