Calcium Silicon Alloys are an essential component in the manufacturing of high-grade steel, functioning as both a deoxidizer and desulfurizer. The remarkable chemical affinity of Calcium and Silicon for oxygen, and Calcium's additional affinity for sulfur and nitrogen, enhances their efficacy. Steel production dominates global CaSi consumption, accounting for an impressive 90%.
This versatile alloy also excels in modifying non-metallic inclusions, allowing for the meticulous control of the shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines. This setup enables an efficient manganese series hot charging and hot mixing system, ensuring a streamlined, high-quality, high-yield, and low-consumption production process.
