According to the core material composition, our cored wire can be categorized into single and composite variants:
1) Single Cored Wire: This type consists of one kind of alloy powder or nonmetallic compound additive as the core material.
2) Composite Cored Wire: This type incorporates two or more alloy powders as the core material.
Based on wire arrangement, the cored wire is classified into inner tap type and outer tap type.
Primarily utilized for purifying steel impurities, enhancing molten steel quality, improving casting conditions, and boosting steel's overall performance. It significantly increases alloy yield, lowers alloy consumption, and reduces steelmaking costs.
