Silicon Metal is an indispensable industrial product used in steel-making, cast iron, aluminum (for aviation, aircraft & automotive parts), silicon optoelectronics, and various other industries. Often referred to as the 'salt' of modern industries, this metal silicon is produced by smelting quartz and coke in an electric heating furnace. The primary silicon content is approximately 98%, with impurities like iron, aluminum, and calcium constituting the remainder.
Silicon Metal lumps are produced in electric heating furnaces using quartz and coke. Through a redox reaction, quartz transforms into molten silicon, which solidifies upon cooling to form large primal silicon metal lumps. These are then
processed into smaller, standard-sized lumps measuring 10-100mm.
Silver-gray or dark gray with a metallic luster, Silicon Metal boasts a high melting point, excellent heat resistance, high resistivity, and superior oxidation resistance.

The company operates a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium-frequency electric furnaces, and three production lines for cladding.
