Silicon carbide powder can be expertly applied to water turbine impellers or cylinders, significantly enhancing their wear resistance and extending their service life by an impressive 1 to 2 times. Refractory materials crafted from silicon carbide offer superb heat shock resistance, compact size, lightweight attributes, and superior strength, promising substantial energy savings. Low-grade silicon carbide, with approximately 85% SiC content, serves as a fantastic deoxidizer, accelerating steelmaking processes, simplifying chemical composition control, and elevating steel quality.
