Silicon Metal is a crucial industrial product that finds applications in steel-making, cast iron, aluminum (aviation, aircraft & automobile parts production), silicon optoelectronic devices, and many other industries. It is often referred to as the 'salt' of modern industries. Derived from quartz and coke through an electric heating furnace smelting process, the primary ingredient of Silicon Metal is silicon, which constitutes approximately 98%. The remaining impurities include iron, aluminum, and calcium.
Silicon Metal lump is produced in an electric heating furnace using quartz and coke. During the process, quartz undergoes a redox reaction to form molten silicon liquid. Upon cooling, it solidifies into the large silicon metal lumps we observe. Initially, these silicon metal lumps are quite large.
These large pieces are then broken down into smaller, standardized lumps. The final Silicon Metal Lumps typically range in size from 10-100mm.
Featuring a silver-gray or dark gray metallic luster, Silicon Metal boasta a high melting point, excellent heat resistance, high resistivity, and superior oxidation resistance.

The company operates a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines.
