Based on the core material's composition, our cored wire is available in both single and composite varieties:
1) Single cored wire comprises a core of alloy powder or a powdered nonmetallic compound additive.
2) Composite cored wire consists of two or more types of alloy powders as the core material.
The wire arrangement allows the cored wire to be classified as either inner tap type or outer tap type.
Our cored wire is essential in purifying steel impurities, enhancing molten steel quality, improving casting state and castability, and boosting the service performance of steel. It significantly increases alloy yield, reduces alloy consumption, and lowers steelmaking costs.
