Boasting a silicon content of approximately 98%, it is primarily composed of high-purity silicon, with trace amounts of impurities such as iron, aluminum, and calcium.

Silicon Metal lump originates in electric heating furnaces through the fusion of quartz and coke. The quartz undergoes a redox transformation, metamorphosing into a molten silicon liquid. Upon cooling, this liquid solidifies into large primal silicon metal lumps. These substantial forms are then processed
into smaller, standardized lumps ranging from 10-100mm, ensuring ease of use and handling in various industrial applications.

This exquisite material features a silver-gray or dark gray hue, endowed with a captivating metallic luster. It is renowned for its exceptionally high melting point, remarkable heat resistance, elevated resistivity, and superior oxidation resistance, making it a prime choice for advanced manufacturing.
