Introducing our high-performance Calcium Silicon alloy, a masterfully crafted blend of silicon, calcium, and iron. This exceptional compound acts as an ideal deoxidizer and desulfurizing agent, effectively replacing aluminum in the final deoxidation process for producing top-quality steel. It finds extensive application in the manufacture of special steel and alloys, including rail steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and titanium alloys.
Calcium Silicon Alloys are renowned for their outstanding performance as deoxidizers and desulfurizers in producing premium-grade steel. The synergistic chemical affinities of calcium and silicon for oxygen, sulfur, and nitrogen significantly enhance the steelmaking process. Consumed by the steel industry, which accounts for about 90% of global CaSi usage, these alloys substantially improve the quality and characteristics of the steel produced.

Beyond their deoxidizing and desulfurizing capabilities, Calcium Silicon is pivotal in transforming non-metallic inclusions. This alloy optimizes the shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions, resulting in improved fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact resistance in steel products.
