Introducing our premium Ferrovanadium alloy, harvested straight from the heart of production brilliance. Our unwavering dedication to quality ensures an unparalleled level of reliability and performance, perfect for the most challenging industrial applications. This product sets a new industry standard and benchmark, elevating your operations to new heights.
Ferrovanadium is a pivotal alloy in the steel industry, celebrated for its multifaceted utility and efficacy. Predominantly made up of vanadium and iron, it incorporates trace elements such as sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Our FeV is meticulously manufactured through the carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or by aluminothermic reduction, guaranteeing a superior product. This alloy is indispensable in the production of vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron, and in crafting durable permanent magnets, playing a vital role in sophisticated steel manufacturing.
The vanadium content in our Ferrovanadium is precisely customized to meet specific alloy formulations and manufacturing prerequisites, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the blend. FeV alloys are classified into three primary types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variation is an essential additive in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, commonly referred to as 'VQ' VAl, are crucial in titanium alloy fabrication, highlighting their significant contribution to the industry.
