Introducing our Premium Ferro Vanadium Alloy-crafted from the epicenter of manufacturing excellence, this alloy embodies our unwavering commitment to unparalleled quality. It assures unmatched reliability and top-notch performance, making it the perfect choice for the most demanding industrial applications. With this product, we set a new gold standard in the industry.
Ferrovanadium is a cornerstone in the steel industry, celebrated for its remarkable versatility and effectiveness. Predominantly composed of vanadium and iron, this alloy also includes minimal traces of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Manufactured with meticulous precision, FeV is produced through carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or via aluminothermic reduction. This ensures a product of supreme quality that is essential for the enhancement of vanadium-enriched alloy steel, cast iron, and the creation of robust permanent magnets, playing a pivotal role in the advancement of steel manufacturing.
Ferrovanadium's vanadium content is precisely tailored to meet specific alloy formulations and manufacturing requirements, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are classified into three main types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each type is a critical additive in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, commonly referred to as 'VQ' VAl, are indispensable in titanium alloy production, highlighting their essential role in the industry.
