Introducing our premium Ferrovanadium-a product born from the heart of manufacturing excellence and crafted to perfection. With an unwavering commitment to quality and reliability, our Ferrovanadium is the pinnacle of industrial-grade alloys, designed to meet the rigorous demands of diverse applications.
Ferrovanadium, a vital component in the steel industry, is lauded for its adaptability and effectiveness. Predominantly comprised of vanadium and iron, this alloy also contains trace amounts of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Meticulously crafted through the carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or aluminothermic process, Ferrovanadium stands as an indispensable additive for crafting vanadium-enhanced alloy steel, cast iron, and resilient permanent magnets.
The vanadium content in Ferrovanadium is precisely customized to suit specific alloy formulations and manufacturing demands, typically spanning from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. These alloys are categorized into three main types: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80, each playing a pivotal role as an additive in alloy and low-alloy steel smelting. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, known as 'VQ' VAl, are crucial in the production of titanium alloys.
