Low and medium carbon ferromanganese are pivotal in the production of special steels. These alloys are indispensable raw materials in steelmaking and are also essential for welding electrodes. High carbon ferromanganese serves as an effective deoxidizing agent or an alloy additive in steel manufacturing.
Depending on the smelting method, ferromanganese is classified into electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese.
Based on carbon content, ferromanganese is categorized into three distinct types:
Low-Carbon Category: Carbon content is a maximum of 0.7%;
Medium-Carbon Category: Carbon content ranges from greater than 0.7% to 2.0%;
High-Carbon Category: Carbon content ranges from greater than 2.0% to 8.0%.

Factory Environment:
Our primary products include ferromanganese, metallic silicon, silicon carbon alloy, cored wire, ferrochrome, silicon manganese alloy, silicon carbide, ferrosilicon, silicon aluminum barium calcium, and silicon barium calcium. We also export refractory materials and other metallurgical products. Custom processing is available to meet specific customer requirements.
Our facilities boast one 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium-frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines. This setup allows us to achieve a seamless manganese series hot charging and hot mixing system, providing a one-stop production process characterized by high quality, high yield, and low consumption.
