Composition: An advanced alloy of boron and iron, masterfully crafted for superior steelmaking.With varying carbon content, our boron-iron alloy (boron content: 5-25%) is classified into low carbon (C≤0.05% ~ 0.1%, 9% ~ 25%B) and medium carbon (C≤2.5%, 4% ~ 19%B). This alloy serves as a robust deoxidizer and boron enhancer in steelmaking. The transformative power of boron in steel lies in its ability to significantly boost hardenability with minimal addition, effectively replacing a multitude of alloying elements. Moreover, it enhances mechanical properties, cold deformation characteristics, weldability, and high-temperature performance.
