Discover the power of Silicon Manganese Alloy, an essential alloy composed of manganese, silicon, iron, and minimal carbon alongside other trace elements. This remarkable iron alloy is renowned for its vast applications and significant production output, ranking second among ferroalloy products in electric furnaces. The combination of manganese and silicon in this alloy boasts a robust affinity with oxygen. When employed in the steelmaking process, the deoxidization products mnsio3 and mn2sio4 present melting points of 1270 ºC and 1327 ºC, respectively. These attributes confer numerous advantages, including a low melting point, optimal particle size, buoyancy, and exceptional deoxidization efficiency. Typically, the burning loss rate for separately deoxidized manganese or silicon is 46% and 37%, respectively; however, silicon manganese alloy achieves a significantly lower rate of 29%. The production of this alloy involves the reduction of manganese ore and rich manganese slag, alongside manganese oxide and silicon dioxide using carbon in a submerged arc furnace.
Our distinguished product offerings include ferromanganese, metallic silicon, silicon carbon alloy, cored wire, ferrochrome, silicon manganese alloy, silicon carbide, ferrosilicon, and silicon aluminum barium calcium, among others. We are also engaged in the export of refractory materials and other metallurgical products, with customizable processing available to meet specific customer requirements.
Equipped with a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two state-of-the-art 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three advanced cladding line production facilities, our company has successfully implemented a seamless manganese series hot charging and hot mixing system. This enables us to deliver a one-stop production process characterized by superior quality, high yield, and low consumption rates.
