Introducing our premium ferrovanadium, a marvel derived from the core of manufacturing excellence. This unwavering commitment to quality ensures an unparalleled standard of reliability and performance, perfectly suited for the most demanding industrial applications, and sets a revolutionary benchmark within the industry.
Ferrovanadium stands as a vital alloy in the steel industry, celebrated for its remarkable versatility and efficacy. Composed primarily of vanadium and iron, with trace elements of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum, FeV is meticulously crafted through the carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or via aluminothermic reduction. This meticulous production process ensures a high-quality product, indispensable as an additive in producing vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron, and in the creation of robust permanent magnets, significantly contributing to advanced steel manufacturing.
The vanadium content in ferrovanadium is precisely customized to suit specific alloy formulations and manufacturing needs, typically varying from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are categorized into three predominant types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variant is a crucial additive in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, commonly referred to as 'VQ' VAl, are indispensable in titanium alloy production, underscoring their pivotal role in the industry.
