Introducing our premium ferrovanadium, directly sourced from the epicenter of manufacturing excellence. This unwavering commitment to quality assures an unparalleled standard of reliability and performance, perfectly suited for even the most demanding industrial applications. It sets a new benchmark in the industry, showcasing our dedication to innovation.
Ferrovanadium stands as a pivotal alloy within the steel industry, cherished for its versatility and high efficacy. Primarily composed of vanadium and iron, it also incorporates trace elements like sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. FeV is meticulously crafted through the carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or via aluminothermic reduction, guaranteeing a product of superior quality. This essential additive is integral in the production of vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron, as well as in the creation of robust permanent magnets, significantly contributing to advanced steel manufacturing.
The vanadium content in ferrovanadium is meticulously tailored to meet specific alloy formulations and manufacturing needs, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are classified into three distinct types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variant serves as a critical additive in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, commonly referred to as 'VQ' VAl, are crucial in titanium alloy production, highlighting their indispensable role in the industry.
