Introducing our premium-grade ferrovanadium, sourced directly from the pulsating core of manufacturing excellence. This unwavering commitment to quality ensures an unparalleled standard of reliability and peak performance, making it the ideal choice for even the most challenging industrial applications. Our product sets a new benchmark in the industry, redefining standards and elevating expectations.
Ferrovanadium, a vital alloy in the steel industry, is celebrated for its remarkable versatility and effectiveness. Primarily composed of vanadium and iron, it also contains meticulous trace amounts of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Our FeV is meticulously crafted through the precise carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace, or via aluminothermic reduction, ensuring a product of exceptional quality. It serves as an indispensable additive in the production of vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron, and in the fabrication of robust permanent magnets, playing a pivotal role in advanced steel manufacturing.
The vanadium content in our ferrovanadium is meticulously tailored to align seamlessly with specific alloy formulations and manufacturing needs, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing its robust composition. FeV alloys are categorized into three primary types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variant is an essential additive in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels. Additionally, vanadium aluminum alloys, widely recognized as 'VQ' VAl, are crucial in titanium alloy production, underscoring their indispensable role in the industry.
