This essential additive is instrumental in producing vanadium-enriched alloy steel, cast iron, and robust permanent magnets, playing a pivotal role in advanced steel manufacturing.

The vanadium content in ferrovanadium is meticulously tailored to match specific alloy formulations and manufacturing requirements, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are categorized into three main types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variant is an indispensable additive in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels.
