Introducing our premium ferrovanadium, meticulously sourced from the very heart of manufacturing excellence. This unwavering commitment to quality ensures an unmatched standard of reliability and outstanding performance. Engineered for even the most demanding industrial applications, this product sets a new benchmark, redefining industry standards.
Ferrovanadium, a pivotal alloy within the steel industry, is celebrated for its remarkable versatility and unparalleled effectiveness. Crafted primarily from vanadium and iron, it features trace elements such as sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Through precision processes like carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or aluminothermic reduction, FeV emerges as a high-quality product. It is an indispensable additive in the creation of vanadium-enriched alloy steel, cast iron, and robust permanent magnets, playing a crucial role in advanced steel manufacturing.
The vanadium content within ferrovanadium is expertly tailored to precisely match specific alloy formulations and manufacturing requirements, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are classified into three distinct categories based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variant is an essential additive in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, commonly referred to as 'VQ' VAl, are critical in titanium alloy production, highlighting their indispensable role in the industry.
