Introducing our premium-grade ferrovanadium, sourced directly from the very core of manufacturing prowess. This unwavering dedication to excellence guarantees a standard of reliability and performance that is second to none, ideal for even the most rigorous industrial applications. It sets a new benchmark in the industry, leading the way with unparalleled quality and dependability.
Ferrovanadium stands as a vital alloy within the steel industry, lauded for its remarkable versatility and effectiveness. Composed primarily of vanadium and iron, it also holds trace amounts of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Crafted with meticulous precision, FeV is produced through carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or via aluminothermic reduction, ensuring a superior product. It is an essential additive in producing vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron, and in creating robust permanent magnets, playing an indispensable role in advanced steel manufacturing processes.
The vanadium content in ferrovanadium is expertly tailored to match specific alloy formulations and manufacturing requisites, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are divided into three pivotal categories based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variant serves as a crucial additive in the smelting of both alloy and low-alloy steels. Additionally, vanadium aluminum alloys, commonly identified as 'VQ' VAl, are essential in titanium alloy production, underscoring their vital role in the industry.
